    Heather, Johnny, & Bo,
Tears of sadness flow as I read the tributes to Don. I can not imagine the profound grief and emotion you all are feeling at this time. I just wanted to let you know your family will be in my prayers.

    Dear Family,

We grieve with the entire Agros family and especially Heather, Bo and Johnny that Don is no longer dancing with us, but are consoled to know that he is with his Lord and free from all pain and limitations.

I had hoped that Agros Guatemala could be represented at the memorial service, but all of us on the Board are leaving early tomorrow for a long-planned and several-times-postponed trip to Barillas, and we did not think it wise to change plans again.

If there is opportunity, please convey the following to Don’s family and the larger family.

The Agros Guatemala Board and staff were blessed by the privilege of knowing Don and by the enormous contributions he made in leading the organization and during the times he spent in our country. All who knew him were impacted by his love, enthusiasm, vision and joy. He wasan example to all of us.

While we grieve the loss of a friend and companion, we rejoice in knowing that he is now dancing with the Savior he loved and served.

Our prayers are with Heather, Bo, Johnny, and Don’s many close friends, that the God of all comfort may comfort you.

    The Agros Guatemala family
